You see, my keeper was playing a cutprice version of Bargain Hunt. He took his crisp fiver to a bunch of charity shops, looking to make a profit on eBay during the free listings weekend. Got himself three items. I'm one of 'em. To be honenest, I don't like to think of myself as an item, but that's what eBay calls handcrafted wooden crocodiles. When in Rome. Anyway, he bought me from the lady in question, but more on the BH adventure later. Now back to food hygiene.
As I said, all you need to know, if you wanna stay safe during this ecoli business, is one simple rule.
Carl's Simple Rule for Food Hygiene:
FRESH AND DELICIOUS DOG (Source: dog-picspot.blogspot.com) |
That's it. People get sick from eating dead vegetables or dead chicken or dead just-about-anything. That don't happen with crocs. Crocs like their prey fresh and wriggling. No ecoli. And just think about broccoli. It even sounds like ecoli.
Now, I'm not saying that crocs don't get sick. This cousin of mine had a bad case of poisonous toad once. Sick as a dog he was. Mmm dog. Now there's a dinner!
Stay safe.
